Affordability and screening

This helps us understand the context behind your household income answers.
Is your verified gross household income at least 3 times the monthly rent? *
Will your monthly rent, estimated utilities, and minimum monthly debt payments be more than 40% of your gross household income? *
Do you currently have enough funds to pay the security deposit, first month's rent, and the application fee ($55 per adult)? *
Will any part of the rent be paid with Section 8, a voucher, or another rental subsidy? *
Do you smoke? *
Have you ever filed for bankruptcy? *
Have you been convicted of a crime other than a traffic offense? *
